The FCS01.1E-W0015-A-02-NNBV is a modular frequency converter characterized by excellent control properties. The device is frequently used with three-phase asynchronous motors. The sensor-less current vector control of this frequency converter in combination with the asynchronous motors provides an optimum voltage to frequency ratio. As a result, the drive controllers using this frequency converter have high overload and starting torque with constant speed. The system is capable of automatic motor parameter identification. There are four parameter records available that can be switched during online operation. This model has five digital inputs, two analog inputs, and serial interfaces RS232 and RS485. In addition, there are two relays i.e. DC 30 Volts and AC 230 V. The motor used in this device has a rated power of 1.5 kW. The rated output current of this model is 7 A.
The FCS01.1E-W0015-A-02-NNBV relies on forced ventilation for fast dissipation of heat. The device is equipped with the PROFIBUS interface that provides transmission rates of up to 1.5 Mbaud. The bus interface is electrically isolated. The CANopen interface is also embedded in the device and enables an open communication profile.
