The FCS01.1E-W0008-A-02-NNBV is a frequency converter from the IndraDrive Fc product family. This modular frequency converter can be expanded and be tailored for individual functions. The asynchronous AC motors are integrated with this frequency converter. The sensor-less current vector control features of this device ensure that the voltage/frequency ratio is optimum at all times. The connected drives can therefore operate with high starting and overload torques with constant speed. The frequency converter units have such a geometry that they can be mounted next to each other without the need for adequate space in between. This model has excellent control properties and offers precise motor speed control in addition to high start-up torque. The frequency converter’s overload capacity is up to 200% over 3.5 seconds and 150% over 60 seconds.
The FCS01.1E-W0008-A-02-NNBV has been constructed using materials free from asbestos and silicone. The device has an integrated brake chopper that supports the four-quadrant operation. An external braking resistor can also be connected to this device. This frequency converter has a flying restart circuit and a programmable DC braking. The device is able to automatically identify motor parameters. There are four separate parameter records that can be switched during online operation. The system is equipped with 2 analog inputs and 1 analog output and comes with two relays (AC 230 Volts and DC 230 V). This unit relies on free convection cooling for maintaining an optimum device temperature. The system comes with the Profibus, DeviceNet, and CANopen interfaces that are electrically isolated and have high data transmission rates. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
