The FCS01.1E-W0005-A-04-NNBV Bosch Rexroth frequency converter and its associated motor must be dimensioned according to the supply voltage. This product makes use of standard mains fuses and a main contactor or switch at the power input side. The device can be operated with IT mains after the required adjustments are made using jumpers. It is connected to the motor through the U, V, and W terminals with the help of an unshielded cable of a maximum 100m length or a 30m shielded cable. The braking resistor fitted to the unit becomes hot during operation. This resistor may get damaged due to an incorrect connection.
The converter supports the DC coupling mechanism if the drives in its drive system work simultaneously in a regenerative manner. This product features an IP 20 degree of protection. The device encompasses an internal 24VDC voltage supply. The unit has a ramp time of 0 to 320 seconds. Its control connectors can be opened by means of a small screwdriver. The green LED of this converter represents the application of mains voltage when it is in use. The LED flashes rapidly when the output is overloaded.
