The FCS01.1E-W0005-A-02-NNBV is a frequency converter unit that has a large number of setting options and can be used with all types of three-phase AC motors. This series of frequency converters can be tailored to individual control requirements because of its module-based structure. The sensor-less current vector control of this device in conjunction with the three-phase asynchronous motors allows the construction of a platform that is fully capable of maintaining a favorable voltage to frequency ratio at all times. This device has an IP 20 standard ingress protection which prevents the incursion of solid objects that are greater than 12 mm in size. The system should not be operated in areas where the external temperature is more than 50 ᵒC or less than 0 ᵒC.
The FCS01.1E-W0005-A-02-NNBV is equipped with an EMC filter for noise suppression. The filter is integrated with the device and has been designed in accordance with the EN55011 standards. This frequency converter ensures precise motor speed control and a high start-up torque. The device has an overload capacity of up to 150 % for 60 seconds and 200 % for over 3.5 seconds. It is possible to automatically identify motor parameters with this device. The system comes with a process and PID controller as well. It has an RS485 and RS232 interfacing option onboard. The device is also capable of programmable DC braking. A motor potentiometer is also embedded in this model and it comes with a flying restart feature.
