The FCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-NNBV is a high quality frequency converter that belongs to the IndraDrive family of frequency converters. The frequency converter has a modular structure and users can tailor it for specific applications and individual functions. The device is designed for speed and position control operations with the AC asynchronous motors. Due to its sensor-less vector current control feature, the frequency converter is able to maintain an optimum ratio of voltage to frequency throughout its use. It is therefore possible for the connected drives to operate at high starting and overload torques. These frequency converter models can be mounted next to each other. Their geometry is designed such that there is no need for additional space while installing them. Besides remarkable control properties, the device is able to control the motor speed with precision. It also enables a high start-up torque for the connected motors.
The FCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-NNBV comes with high overload capabilities. It can sustain a 150 % overload for 60 seconds. The device is also able to sustain a 200% overload for a period of 3.5 seconds. This model has been constructed with materials that are free from silicone and asbestos. The frequency converter can support a four-quadrant operation because of its integrated brake resistor. An external brake resistor can also be used with this device. The device is also able to automatically identify motor parameters. Four parameter records are available with this model and it is possible to switch online between parameters. The system also comes with a secondary braking system and is able to decelerate the connected machines with the help of programmable DC braking.
