Product Description:
The FCC01.1T-STD-NNNN is a plug-on operator panel produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the FCS Frequency Converters series. When attached to the base inverter, it provides local programming access and status feedback so users can configure or diagnose drives at the cabinet door instead of through a remote PC. In industrial automation, the module presents converter parameters on a compact front panel that can be removed for secure storage or moved between multiple drives as needed. This arrangement is useful in cabinets where permanent door-mounted interfaces are unnecessary and where controlled access to parameter changes is preferred.
The panel uses a 7-segment LED display with a 4-digit readout, so operating values and fault codes can be shown in a compact format. Selection and entry are handled through a keyboard on the fascia, and changes take effect immediately because the unit supports direct local control rather than waiting for a supervisory command. The panel also has 2 rectangular indicator LEDs beside the display to show record transfers or alarm states. The electronics use design version 1, and line 1 coding matches the keypad to the converter control structure while the display cycles between operating data and error codes. Because the display area is small, information appears in short numeric or coded form rather than long text messages.
Hardware integration uses a plug-on mounting style that docks the panel onto the controller's dedicated X43 port, so no ribbon cables are required. Once engaged, a removable panel frame latches in place and allows quick exchange when the same settings must be used on another drive. Parameter sets are held in nonvolatile memory, and the module can store four individual records that are identified through a binary code scheme. Record indication relies on the stored parameter record counter so the active data set can be checked before a download begins. Stored records also allow repeated operating profiles to be transferred without manual re-entry each time the panel is connected to another compatible unit.
