Product Description:
Bosch Rexroth Group’s FCC01.1T-CMF-NNNN is a comfort operating panel module designed and developed under the FCC product line. As a comfort operating module, it features a graphic-based interface and incorporates a 5-parameter set for effectively controlling Bosch’s frequency converters. Compared to standard control panels under the FCC family, comfort control panels provide a more convenient user-interface for adjusting the frequency and monitoring the current status of the converters. At most the FCC01.1T-CMF-NNNN can hold up to 5 data records, saved locally. For serial applications, this saving mechanism proves to be efficient and advantageous.
All in all, the FCC01.1T-CMF-NNNN has eight function keys, each serving their separate functions. The illuminated LCD screen on the front panel provides the user immediate feedback on the status of the converter at any point in time. It also supports six languages for its display texts and provides scaling functions for the individual operating parameters. As mentioned earlier, the FCC01.1T-CMF-NNNN can hold up to five frequency converter records, which can be fetched or modified in the panel’s memory during operation. Instead of using separate panel PCs or serial interfaces, the FCC01.1T-CMF-NNNN can directly be used to control a frequency converter and troubleshoot errors via text outputs.
Unlike standard FCC modules, the FCC01.1T-CMF-NNNN contains four arrowhead keys. The up and down arrow keys also serve as the value keys for increasing or decreasing the frequency value, respectively. The left and right arrowhead keys, on the other hand, are classified as the selection keys for navigating the menu and options available in the operator module software. It also includes the enter key, start key, stop key, and direction key. During operation, the FCC01.1T-CMF-NNNN’s LCD display provides information about the type of frequency converter, the current operation values, the connection status, and the device state.
