Product Description:
The FCC01.1T-CMF-NNNN is a display and keypad module supplied by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for integration with equipment in the FCS Frequency Converters series. The unit serves as a local interface that allows plant personnel to enter setpoints, review electrical measurements, and switch converter functions without connecting an external computer. Its four-line screen, internal memory, and multilingual support make it suitable for drive cabinets where rapid troubleshooting or parameter changes are needed on the factory floor.
A 4-Line Graphic LCD provides the visual output, and its readability can be tuned through a contrast span of 0% to 100% in 1% increments. Commands are entered through the built-in keyboard, eliminating the need for auxiliary pointing devices. Numerical parameters such as torque limits are converted with a signed -327.67 to +327.67 standardization window, giving 0.01-unit precision. Physical attachment to the converter control section is handled through the X43 mounting interface, and the panel can be removed without tools to ease cabinet servicing. The module is design version 1. When powered, the module boots with a factory frequency command of 0 Hz, then shows Frequency, Voltage, and Power on the default screen. Three indicator layouts, Standard, List, and Large, let operators choose the size and density of displayed data. A single internal line reference labeled 1 links the keypad logic to the converter processor.
The keypad supports a function-class selection band of FC, S1-S5, enabling quick access to stored parameter sets while working in either Online or Offline operating modes. Five nonvolatile slots retain process data, referenced as 5 stored records that can be copied between drives. For plants with multinational staff, menus and messages can be toggled among German, English, Dutch, French, Spanish, and Swedish, reducing the chance of entry errors during maintenance. The removable panel construction also allows parameter entry away from the converter before the unit is installed in a production line.
