The Bosch EFC5610-22K0-3P4-MDA-7P-DRNNN-NNNN is a Rexroth EFC series frequency converter. Upon shipment receipt, the converter should be checked to ensure that it has not suffered damage during transport or storage. A damaged converter unit should not be installed. The EFC5610-22K0-3P4-MDA-7P-DRNNN-NNNN requires certain ambient conditions for performance as per manufacturer specifications: these include -10 to 45 degrees Celsius temperature, less than 1000 meters altitude and less than 90% relative humidity. Operation of the EFC5610-22K0-3P4-MDA-7P-DRNNN-NNNN outside these recommended conditions will lead to output derating, and can also lead to device malfunction or failure. The converter comes in an IP20 rated housing and should be installed inside a suitable control cabinet. Mechanical specifications for the converter include 8.5 kilograms weight and a frame size of G which measures 315 x 165 x 241 millimeters. The screw size recommended for device mounting is M6.

The EFC5610-22K0-3P4-MDA-7P-DRNNN-NNNN supports standard vector control (SVC) for motor control. It also supports flex control with standard I/O. The input of the converter is compatible with three-phase AC at 380 to 480 Volts. At the output side the converter is rated for 22 kilowatts. The input current is 52.7 Amps at 380 Volts and 41.7 Amps at 480 Volts. The output current is 45 Amps at 380 Volts and 36 Amps at 480 Volts. The output apparent power is 29/7 kVA. The rated efficiency of the converter output is greater than 95%.  For normal duty operation the overload capacity is 1205 of rated current for 60 seconds. Other converter features include Modbus communication, industrial area EMC filter and a 7-segment display with potentiometer. The converter can be wall mounted or mounted on a DIN rail.
