Product Description:
The Indramat DMD02.1-W012N is an AC drive controller which is part of DMD product line from Bosch Rexroth. After shipment containing the controller is received it should be checked to ensure that product is the one which was ordered and that there is no damage to the product. The DMD02.1-W012N is designed for use with MMD servo motors which have 100 Watts rated output. For connecting encoder and I/O signals an accessory set with catalog number SUP-E01-DMD can be used which contains plug 20pol with case and plug 36pol with case. Bosch has made the following recommendations to minimize risk of injury and electric shock: avoid touching of rotating part of the motor during operation, ensuring that earth connection is attached to the drive controller and switching off power supply to the drive controller during maintenance and transportation.
Motor series compatible with the DMD02.1-W012N is MMD012A. The applied motor output from the DMD02.1-W012N is 100 Watts. The three-phase input voltage is 230 Volts AC and the three-phase input current is 0.7 Amps. Permissible tolerance for the input voltage is +10% / -15% and line frequency range is 50 to 60 Hertz. The peak and continuous output current ratings are 4.3 Amps and 1.0 Amp respectively. Control system on the DMD02.1-W012N is transistor PWM (sine wave drive).
