The DMD01.1-W012N is a smart AC servo drive controller for electrical motors being used in industrial applications. This AC servo drive controller is developed by Rexroth Indramat and serves the basic purpose of monitoring and controlling various functions of AC servo motors of
Bosch-Indramat. The DMD01.1-W012N specially designed to offer precise control and function accuracy of controlling motor speed, required torque, direction and brakes features with high level of precision and accuracy. The DMD01.1-W012N is designed with 100W constant power, air cooling mechanism, integrated Braking mechanism, with nominal achievable motor speed of 3000 RPM. The driver offers an inbuilt dynamic-Brake feature that is activated in a condition of emergency stop, power OFF, servo OFF, deceleration or when any protection function is activated. The Driver has an integrated front panel seven-segment display for various indication and mode settings.
The driver has various protection features that ensure the drive and the attached servo motors for safest operation. These protections includes overload protection, under/over-volt protection, overcurrent protection, encoder error protection, over-position deviation protection, deviation counter overflow, Over-velocity protection and EEPROM parameter error
protection. The Driver Module has inbuilt RS232 interface for connection with a standalone PC that serves different purposes of programming, parameter setting, controls Save/Load, remote monitoring and diagnosis. The driver is designed for single and triple phase connection. AC servo motor cannot be changed for the rotation direction by exchanging 3 phase as induction motor. Be sure to use the same color for motor output terminal of the driver (U, V, W) and lead wire of the motor. The Permitted operating temperature range for The DMD01.1-W012N is +0 °C to +40 °C and is made as per I65 protection category. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
