Bosch Indramat manufactured DMA 140D 9301-D is a Servodyn-D series three phase module for synchronous and asynchronous motors. The unit is air cooled by two built-in fans. The DMA 140D 9301-D weighs in at 19.3 kg and has a module width of 200 mm. It is available as the standard variant with CANopen and CANrho interfaces, with a resolver encoder interface. Rated current at 4 kHz frequency is 42 A (max OL) and 87 A (max CL). DC link voltage for the DMA 140D 9301-D is 670 VDC regulated and 715 VDC unregulated.

The DMA 140D 9301-D has a Climactic Category of 3K3 and all rated data is for operation within recommended ambient temperatures of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. Higher temperatures will lead to performance decrease from given data and can also lead to potential thermal damage to power semi-conductors.
