Product Description

The DMA 140D 1301-D is a digital servo drive module from Bosch Rexroth. It is one of the several Servodyn D series drive modules from the company. This product helps in achieving better performance capabilities when compared to analog drives. The unit is compatible with the manufacturer’s SR and SF series of synchronous motors as well as the DU series of asynchronous motors from the manufacturer. The device features an IGBT output stage. The drive inverter can be connected to a high or medium-low voltage system through a transformer. It must be used in residential areas only when a warning is attached that it may cause radio interference.

The program parameters of the servo drive module must be altered only by trained personnel. The cooling action takes place through the air-cooling of the backplane mechanics. The device features a single-axis positioning as an additional function. The SERCOS interface is a processor board encompassing a 32-bit signal processor. This processor is useful for fully digital current, speed and position control. The interface serves as a communications system between the servo drive and the control unit. The module has a derated current rating of 1.75A when it operates between 45°C and 55°C. The product can be delivered to the address of your choice in any country across the world.

The unit has a power demand of 1.58A from the 24V power supply module. The backplane module comes fitted with two fans. The digital inverter features a digital closed-loop control for the current, speed and position. The drive module helps in the automatic commissioning of the inverter through electronic rating plates. The IGBT output stage features an integrated DC link connection. The electronic rating plates of the connected motor and IGBT inverter output stage show all the servo drive-related data. The servo drive module is available with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
