Product Description
The DM 4K 9301-D is a three-phase module drive produced by Rexroth Indramat for the control of SF synchronous motor series, SR synchronous motor series, and DU asynchronous motor series. The drive contains a software module that determines how the drive controls the servo motor in the drive system. The drive controller is one of the drive that makes up the Rexroth Indramat's Servodyn-D drive series. The drive controller should be installed in a switch cabinet, which is sealed according to the IP 65 protection category and can effectively prevent dust and water intrusion. During installation, only electro technicians recognized under the IEV 826-09-01 protection category should be allowed to handle the drive controller's software module.
The DM 4K 9301-D drive controller communicates with the control center using the CANopen communication protocol; this communication protocol supports network management, device monitoring, and communication between nodes, including a simple transport layer for message segmentation or desegmentation. The DM 4K 9301-D contains a resolver encoder that converts the encoder's mechanical status to electrical signals, which are transmitted to the control system through special optic fiber cables.
The DM 4K 9301-D drive controller uses a DC link voltage of 670 volts. The drive controller is designed with a rated current of 1.4 Amperes. It also works with a maximum current of 6.6 Amperes. The power circuit of the drive controller is protected from short-circuiting by a 24Volts power supply module. The drive controller has a weight of 6.0Kilograms and a width of 50 millimeters. The drive controller is suitable for numerically controlled machines such as embroidery machines, lathes, milling machines, tube, pipe, and wire bending machines, and lots more. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
