The DM 45K 6311-D model can operate at the DC 670V while operated by a regulated power supply and DC 715V when operated by a non-regulated power supply. The power supply can take connection through the 3-phase AC power source and a 24V supply is connected to the supply module where it is distributed to the three-phase modules. The three-phase module comes with two different switching frequencies 4 kHz and 8 kHz. The model with 4 kHz/8 kHz switching frequency operates at the rated current of 23.5 A_rms/16.5 A_rms at the ambient temperature of 45 ͦC and with the further increase in temperature from +45 to +55 degree Celsius the model with face 0.6 A/k or 0.5 A/K reduction in data. The three-phase module bears the maximum power loss of 205W which results in rising the temperature of the module which is then reduced by the process of natural convection.

The model DM 45K 6311-D comes with a 12-bits resolver for the resolution of actual position values and it uses the PROFIBUS-DP interface for communication between I/O devices and to operate them through a centralized unit. The model has a digital closed-loop control for one axis positioning in different synchronous and asynchronous motors.  The total weight of the model is approximately 6.7 kg.  The model is protected by IP 20 protection class and it can be installed at the maximum altitude of 1000 meters above sea level with derating up to 3000 meters above sea level.
