The DM 45K 8001-D model is equipped with a 10-bits analogy interface that controls digital position, speed, and current through a VeCon chip. The analogy interface is programmed through the standard serial interface using the DSS-D commissioning and service system. The servo motors type SF and SR, asynchronous motors type DU, synchronous linear motors or built-in motors can be operated with the three-phase modules. The module comes without any encoder interface and without any additional functions. The model comes in a standard variant having 430 mm height and 75 mm width. The total mass of the device is 6.7 kg with a compact design which allows space-efficient installation. The three-phase module can take 670 VDC power from regulated and 715 VDC from non-regulated 24V power supply which is connected to the 3-phase 3 × 400 ~ 460V AC power source.
The model DM 45K 8001-D can provide resistance against 15g shock without any functional disturbance. The ambient temperature range for the module is 0 to +45 degree Celsius with the maximum bearable temperature of +55 degree Celsius with 0.6 A/K derating for the 4 kHz module and 0.5 A/K derating in the 8 kHz module. The model can operate on 4 kHz/8 kHz switching frequency at the rated current of 23.5 Arms/16.5 Arms with the maximum current of 35.5 Arms/25.5 Arms. The device is protected by IP20 protection class and it must be installed in the switch cabinet of IP 54 protection standard which protects it from ingress of dirt and water splash from every direction. The rating plate includes the data of some input and output parameters. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
