The DM 45K 7301-D model comes in a compact design and used in the Servodyn-D inverter system in conjunction with a power supply module to operate different synchronous and asynchronous motors. The three-phase module is equipped with a resolver interface that provides digital closed-loop control for the speed, position, and current with extreme precision and accuracy. The protection category of the model is IP20 which will not provide any resistance against water and it can operate at the ambient temperature range of 0 to +45 degree Celsius. The three-phase module holds the climatic category of 3K3 according to EN 60 721 and during installation ensure that the surrounding air must be free from a high level of dust, acid, corrosive material, and metal vapors. The model uses CANrho interface for providing position change feedback in connection with the rho3 and rho4 robot controls made by Bosch Rexroth.
The model DM 45K 7301-D requires a 24V power supply to distribute the DC link voltage of 670 VDC generated by the 3-phase power supply module. The model comes with two different switching frequencies 4 kHz and 8 kHz which operates at the ambient temperature range of +45 degree Celsius. The 4 kHz module operates at the maximum current of 35.5 Arms and the module with 8 kHz switching frequency operates at the maximum current of 25.5 Arms. The model uses an air-cooling system which works on the phenomena of natural convection for cooling purposes. The total width of the module is 75 mm and its total weight is approximately 6.7 kg.
