Product Description:
The DM 45K 1101-D is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Group as a Servodyn-D series inverter system. It features a three-phase module for asynchronous and synchronous motors, an air-cooling system, and a compact mechanics module width. It comes with interfaces such as SERCOS interface, Encoder interface that is standard, and standard variations. The operating and storage temperature is 0 to 45 degrees, 46 to 55 degrees (with derating) and -25 to 70 degrees respectively. It features a degree protection of IP 20, climate category of 3K3 according to EN 60 721, and a maximum installation altitude of 1000 meters.
The DM 45K 1101-D module should be mounted in a cabinet which conforms to protection category IP 54 and has dust filters at air entries and exists. Ensure the surrounding air is free from pollutants such as corrosive materials and salt. Some of its technical data includes a module width of 75 mm, a mass of 6.7kg, and a maximum power loss of 205W. It has a 670 VDC (regulated) and 715 VDC (non-regulated) DC link voltage, 25.5Arms maximum current, and 16.5Arms rated current. like most DM modules, it is compatible with asynchronous motors DU that have a 90 mm frame size, 11A rated current, 22Nm rated torque, 1800-9000min-1 speed range, and 4.2kW rated power.
This three-phase module not only controls the DU range of motors but also SF and SR servo motors, synchronous linear motors, and built-in motors. The position, current, and speed control are digital and come in a cascade structure design. Some of the advantages of using the DM 45K 1101-D include a modular design, same construction with IGBT output stages for brushless asynchronous and synchronous motors.
