The DKS01.1-W100A-RL01-01-FW is an intelligent digital servo drive from Bosch Rexroth. It is designed for controlling the rotational speed and the torque of the servo motors. The basic servo drive unit, command interface/auxiliary plug-in cards and software module must be combined to build a fully configured servo drive unit. This module ensures increased motor performance with long service life. The DKS01.1-W100A-RL01-01-FW drive comes with a rated current of 100 amps. It is equipped with a Bb1 contact which signals the error events such as drive over temperature, drive overcurrent/overvoltage, and bleeder overload by opening the contact. It is recommended to use Indramat power cables for connecting the servo drive to the motor. The maximum cable length is 75 meters.     

The DKS01.1-W100A-RL01-01-FW digital servo drive has 4 kilohertz of PWM frequency. It offers standard noise emission at the motor side. It uses an analogous technique for the current control circuit or speed control circuit. The user must select a tightly sealed enclosure or control cabinet to avoid entering warm humid air from the outside. The cooling mode of the DKS01.1-W100A-RL01-01-FW servo drive is warm type cooling. It is recommended to use filtered air for cooling purposes. The rated power requirement of the module depends on the motor and drive combination. Drive installation must be performed by qualified technicians. The mounting position of the drive is vertical.
