The DKS01.1-W030B-RS18-02-FW model is protected by insulation class C per DIN 570 110, humidity class F per DIN 40 040 which makes it capable of working under humid conditions but the mean relative humidity must not exceed from 70% in the most humid month of the year, and protection class of IP10 which means it can be touched b hand but it will not provide any resistance against liquids. The digital servo can be connected directly to the 1-phase AC 230V or 3-phase AC 230V power source with 50 ~ 60 Hz of operating frequency. The power requirement depends upon the motor/servo drive combination but the power requirement at maximum drive loading is 4.5 kVA. The internal data bus of the digital servo drive operates at DC 300V. An MDD AC servo motor is suitable to operate with this drive at a rated current of 30 A.

The model DKS01.1-W030B-RS18-02-FW delivers the bleeder continuous power of 0 to 3 kW and 5 kW of peak regenerated power whereas the power loss due to maximum device loading is 230 W. The digital drive can work ideally between the temperature ranges of +5 ͦC to +45 ͦC at the highest altitude of 1000 m. The basic unit of the drive is DKS01.1-W030B-R with further 5 slots from U1 to U5 for installing various cards. Slot U1 to U4 are used for plug-in cards while slot U5 contains the required software module according to the drive configuration. Warm humid air is used to cool the entire system.
