The DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-01-FW is a Servo drive designed by Rexroth to specifically pair with an MDD AC servo motor, forming a servo drive system. In the servo drive system, the DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-01-FW amplifies signals and transmits an electrical current to the MDD motor, which produces kinetic energy proportional to the current it receives. Unlike all other servo drives, the DSK drive allows for application-specific customization through special plug-in modules.

The DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-01-FW motor uses either a 3-phase or single-phase input voltage connection. The drive uses a DSF encoder type and should only be paired with an MDD motor type. The drive rated current is 30A, but at an ambient temperature greater than 55 degree Celsius, the drive can start overheating at a far less rated current. The DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-01-FW drives weigh approximately 11kilograms. It should not be installed at an elevation of more than 1000meters above sea level. The drive consists of a bleeder that uses a continuous regenerated power and a peak power of 0.3 kilowatts and 5 kilowatts, respectively. At maximum drive loading, the drive requires a power of 4.5 kilovolts-amperes. The drive's internal bus has a DC voltage of 300Volts. The DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-01-FW drive uses two types of cable connection; the electrical cable connection and the signal cable connection.

The DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-01-FW drive is manufactured under the supervision of professional industrial engineers. It is produced according to the IP 10 per DIN 40 050 protection class and the C per DIN 570 110 insulation class. The drive's storage and shipping temperature should not exceed the range of -30 to +85 degrees Celsius.  During installation, additional components not specified DKS01.1-W030B-DL05-01-FW drive's documentation should not be attached as this can lead to fatal industrial accidents.
