The DKS 1.1-W050A-DS01-00 model is designed to operate at the rated current of 50 A, and the continuous current of 25 A is supplied to the device. The DKS 01 digital servo drive can take electrical connection directly from the 3-phase AC 3 × 230V power source with ±10% tolerance and the operating frequency of the system is 50/60 Hz. The model provides protection against solid particles having a diameter greater than 50 mm due to its IP20 protection category and the model is insulated with insulation class C as per DIN 570 110. The DKS 01 digital servo drive can operate under humid conditions at the maximum altitude of 1000 meters above sea level and with the further increase in altitude, the efficiency of the drive will decrease gradually. The permissible ambient temperature range on which the drive can operate ideally is +5 to +45 degree Celsius and the storage temperature of the model is -30 to +85 degree Celsius.

The model DKS 1.1-W050A-DS01-00 uses 4 kHz of PWM frequency for controlling power and speed of MDD AC servo motors. The continuous regenerated power of 0.5 kW is produced by the model and it faces the maximum power loss of 480 W under maximum loading conditions. The cooling in this model is done by a warm-type cooling system and the motor produces standard noise emission while operating at the rated current of 50 A. The basic unit of the device is DKS 1.1-W050A-D and it consists of 5 slots (U1 to U5) for installing different plug-in modules. The slot U1 contains DSS 1.3 SERCOS interface card, slot U2 to U4 are used for installing auxiliary plug-in modules and the slot U5 is used to install DSM 2.1 software module which contains the operating software according to the required parameters.
