The DKR04.1-W400N-BT01-01-FW drive controller has a line code of 4 and a design code of 1. The Bosch Rexroth product is used for precise control and regulation of several types of motors from the same manufacturer. These motors have a continuous power ranging between 10kW and 93kW at their output shafts. The device can be expanded using an external brake resistor. It is integrated with an emergency stop shutdown device and an integrated mains contactor. The basic unit supports the insertion of various modules into its slots to adapt the controller for a particular application. The firmware must be ordered as a separate subitem. This is the operating software of the product.

The drive of the device has a basic unit, auxiliary plug-in module/modules, command interface card/cards and a software module in its configured state. The U1 to U5 slots of the basic unit are empty and do not have any plug-in cards inserted in them. The controller can operate under a maximum temperature of 55°C with derated data and taking load factors into consideration. It may get damaged due to overloading or operation under non-specified ambient conditions. The product is intended for installation inside a closed housing or cabinet according to DIN VDE 0160 specifications.

The shock resistance of the device is limited to 8.4g for 5ms because of the inbuilt main contactor. The controller has a control voltage power of 300VAC. The unit weighs approximately 150kg. Its external and internal energy dissipation is dependent on the load. The drive controller may get overheated due to insufficient air in the inlet and outlet. There must be a minimum distance of 160mm below and above the device and with respect to the control cabinet. The mechanical accessories kit encompasses all mounting related accessories. The drive controller can be sent globally with a warranty for one year.
