The DKR04.1-W400N-BA08-01-FW  Servo Controller Drive is one of the most remarkable productions of Rexroth Indramat. Its sophisticated designs and customization options allow the controller to efficiently work with a broad range of industrial motors and, in extension, industrial machines. The drive controller's specific customization is made possible by the various components inserted into the controller's basic unit. This basic unit can then be adapted to its intended application using Auxillary cards plugged into its slots U1 through U5. A digital servo and resolver feedback is used by the controller to receive a response from the motor. The drive controller does not come with a bleeder. It weighs a total of 150kg while its M1-RAC3 accessories kit weighs about 1kg to 7kg.

At a recorded frequency of 4kHz and 8kHz, the DKR04.1-W400N-BA08-01-FW drive draws currents 210A and 150A.  At these frequencies, and at a voltage of 400V, the drive's motor delivers a power output of ca 99Kw and 66Kw to its shaft. At a control voltage of 230V, the controller maintains a voltage frequency between 50Hz-60Hz and a voltage power of 300 VA. At a peak current of 282A, the drive controller generates a peak power of 125Kw. The drive also produces a continuous regenerated power of 92Kw.

The DKR04.1-W400N-BA08-01-FW drive is produced under strict supervision and scrutiny to meet the international industrial standard. The drive uses an inbuilt air blower that regulates the controller's temperature by blowing air that passes into the air-duct. In the case of an operational problem, the drive will display an error notification through the H1 display in front of the unit. This ensures swift response and prevents complete mechanical breakdown.  This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
