The DKR04.1-W400E-BA01-01-FW is a smart drive controller used with different motors produced by the company. The system is used with the main spindle 2AD or ADF motors, the linear LSF and LAF, and the frameless spindle motors. These motors have a power output in the range of 10 kW to 93 kW. This drive controller enables a broad speed range operation along with a high level of control. This device can be connected directly to a three-phase mains connection between 400 V to 480 V. An inbuilt mains contactor is provided with this drive controller that prevents accidental start-ups. An emergency shutdown device is also installed in the system for preventing accidents.  The system can be extended by the use of an external brake resistor that helps to decelerate a drive even when the mains fails.

The DKR04.1-W400E-BA01-01-FW can be expanded by the use of various modules that prepare the device for specific applications. The system’s software module can be installed on an auxiliary plug-in module and comes in the form of a DSM software or EPROMs. The device supports the digital I/O module for bidirectional data exchange. Multiturn absolute encoders with SSI signal output can also be installed with the system. In addition to this, the analog signal interface and modules with the CLC link interface are also compatible with this drive controller. The system operates on a 50…60 Hz frequency.
