The DKR04.1-W300N-BA03-01-FW is a drive controller from Bosch. It has 3x 400 to 480 Volts of rated power voltage, 50 to 60 Hertz of system frequency, 230 Volts AC of control voltage, and 300 VA of control voltage power. The frameless spindle motors and linear LSF motors can be digitally controlled by using this drive controller. The default cooling mode of the DKR04.1-W300N-BA03-01-FW module is cooling with air from outside the cabinet. It can be converted into a different cooling mode before installing it on a cabinet. It comes with a range of power ratings for precise motor control. The drive controller can be cooled via an air duct. The air duct can be separately ordered from Rexroth Indramat.         

The DKR04.1-W300N-BA03-01-FW drive controller belongs to the DKR product group. It has a resolver and digital servo feedback. The housing of the device consists of a built-in heatsink to absorb the heat. It is recommended to use appropriate filters in the air inlet to avoid overheating of the drive controller. The dimensions of the air inlet should be large enough for proper heat dissipation. The command communication of the DKR04.1-W300N-BA03-01-FW module is done through an analog interface. Its rated current is 300 Amps.
