The DKR04.1-W300E-BE23-01-FW model provides high level digital intelligent control with broad speed and constant power delivery which makes it suitable for use in numeric controlled machine tools and printing machines. The DKR04 drive controller comes with a built-in blower that uses air from inside or outside the cabinet for cooling purposes. The rated power voltage for the model is AC 3 × 400 ~ 480V with ±10% augmentation and the control voltage for the model is AC 230V with 300 VA of control voltage power. The drive controller requires a power voltage of 0 – 380V with a maximum frequency of 800 Hz/1600 Hz for a 4 kHz/8 kHz drive. The model 4 kHz/9 kHz dissipates 2500W of heat while operating at the continuous current of 210 A/150 A which delivers the continuous power of 93 kW/66 kW at the driven shaft of the motor. The total weight of the DKR04 drive controller is approximately 150 kg with 1.7 kg weight of accessories and 15.3 kg weight of external brake resistor.

The model DKR04.1-W300E-BE23-01-FW provides protection against the solid particles having a diameter greater than 12.5 mm due to its IP20 protection category but it will not provide any resistance against liquids. The permissible temperature range for the model is +5 to +45 degree Celsius with the maximum bearable temperature range of +55 with a 20% reduction in drive data. The model includes a basic unit DKR04.1-W300E-B and 5 slots U1 to U5 for installing different plug-in modules. The model is equipped with a SERCOS interface for effective communication between drive, motor, and control through an optical fiber cable and digital servo and resolver feedback as motor feedback.
