The DKR04.1-W300E-BE12-01-FW model is designed for direct mains connection to grounded AC 3 × 400 ~ 480V main power supply with 50 to 60 Hz of system frequency. The continuous regenerated power of 66 kW is supplied back to the main power supply. The DKR04 drive controller can be expanded by an external brake resistor which is equipped with a 1.8 Ohm resistor that helps in dissipating the continuous power of 3 kW and is equipped with a built-in blower for cooling purpose. The model has a 4 kHz/8 kHz drive that can deliver the continuous power of 93 kW/66 kW at the continuous current of 210 A/150 A. The peak power generated by the drive is 125 kW at the peak current of 282 A. The DKR04 drive controller is suitable for use in printing machines and NC machine tools due to its high precision, broad speed range, and constant power delivery.

The model DKR04.1-W300E-BE12-01-FW consists of a basic unit DKR04.1-W300E-B and 5 slots for plug-in cards. The model comes with a digital servo and resolver auxiliary plug-in module for motor feedback and SERCOS interface as a command interface card which allows real-time communication between motor, drive, and control. The total weight of the model is approximately 150 kg excluding the weight of the external brake resistor and accessories. The model uses ambient air through a built-in blower for cooling purposes which helps in 1800 W of heat dissipation in the air channel. The model is protected by IP20 protection class and it can be installed at the maximum altitude of 1000 meters. The firmware module contains the operating software and it must be ordered separately.
