The DKR03.1-W200Z-BE43-02-FW has a wide application range. It has a drive that has a high control level and a broad speed range. The drive controller is compatible with main spindle motors 2AD or ADF, linear motors LSF or LAF, and frameless spindle motors 1MB. It can be used for different machines like printing machines.  Since air passes through the air duct, it can easily adapt to any cooling variant with air from inside or outside the control enclosure or cooling with a duct. The basic unit can be fitted with individual plug-in cards into the available slots. A completely configured drive can be delivered by Rexroth Indramat which includes the basic unit, a software module, command interface cards, and auxiliary plug-in modules. Every DKR03 drive controller must have the required firmware that is in accordance with the selected configuration. The firmware or the operating software stores the drive parameters. This feature allows immediate drive availability of the drive in case of a unit replacement since the firmware module can be inserted into the new unit.

The DKR03.1-W200Z-BE43-02-FW has a rated power voltage of 3xAC 400 ... 480, ± 10% V. Its drive has a continuous current of 4 kHz: 92 A. It also has a drive controller power voltage of 0 ... 380 V and a maximum frequency of the power voltage (4 kHz/8 kHz) of 4 kHz: 800 Hz. The drive must be operated with ungrounded three-phase systems. The drive controller also has an available integrated brake resistor.
