The DKR03.1-W200N-BE12-01-FW Bosch Rexroth drive controller must be connected to the motor that it controls and monitors using only the lines and cables approved by the manufacturer. Apart from the controller, actuators and sensors may be used for controlling and monitoring actions. The product must be parameterized when it is started so that the motor is capable of executing application-specific functions. This device is often used in NC machine tools. It must be installed, serviced or used only after reading the documentation provided with it. The unit is cooled by air circulation inside the control cabinet using a built-in blower.

The drive controller has a rated current of 200A. The firmware of this product should be ordered as a separate subitem. The rating plates of the firmware and basic unit are located at the bottom part of the housing. The device must not be used when there are extreme temperature fluctuations. It should be started only if the machine in which it is installed adheres to the safety requirements of the applications. The guards and covers provided along with the controller should be properly fitted when the controller is turned on to avoid contact with live parts. The controller is available with a warranty for one year and can be delivered to any country.

This device must feature a copper conductor of a minimum of 10mm² cross-sectional area over its entire length. There are chances of occurrence of high voltage levels on the housing during operation. The product should be connected to only safely isolated voltages. It may experience dangerous movements due to malfunctioning of monitoring circuits, encoders and sensors. The unit must be allowed to cool down for at least 10 minutes after the operation before it is accessed. The device should be handled using appropriate moving or lifting equipment and/or tools.
