The DKR03.1-W200N-BA34-01-FW model has been designed for digital intelligent control of 2AD or ADF AC main spindle motors, 1MB frameless spindle motors, and LSF or LAF linear motors. The drive controller can take power directly from the 3-phase AC 3 × 400-480V power source having 50/60 Hz of the operating frequency with ±10% tolerance. The 4 kHz drive operates at the continuous current of 92 A for delivering the continuous power of 35 kW and the 8 kHz drive delivers 30 kW of power at the continuous current of 78 A. The continuous regenerated power of the model is 30 kW and the peak regenerated power of 55 kW for a maximum of 10 seconds. The drive controller comes with a build-in blower that uses inside or outside air for cooling purposes. The total heat dissipation in air channel is 800 W and the total heat dissipation of the model is 1200 W while operating at continuous current.

The model DKR03.1-W200N-BA34-01-FW comes without any bleeder resistor and uses a digital servo and resolver for motor feedback. The model uses an analog interface for command communication between motor and drive controller. The configured drive controller consists of a DKR03.1-W200N-B basic unit and 5 plug-in slots for ESM02.3 software module, command interface cards, and auxiliary plug-in modules. The total weight of the drive controller is approximately 49 kg without accessories and the model is protected by IP20 protection class. The model can operate ideally between the temperature ranges of +5 to +45 degree Celsius. The function numeric code of the model is 02 and the version function numeric code is 00 for this model.
