The DKR03.1-W200N-BA05-01-FW primary spindle drive is a digital integrated control drive for the linear motors and frameless 1MB spindle motors. It has broad speed and high controls for precise operation on constant power. The main controllers have a primary grounded Ac connection and have an emergency stop shutdown tool. These intellectual drives are well suited for NC-controller motor tools as well as for printing machines. The drive can be mounted in the control cabin with the aid of mounted measuring encoders. For the drive's cooling, a built-in blower is integrated to aid airflow in the control cabin.

The DKR series come with optional holding brakes. It can be ordered as per requirement, and the braking resistor requires 150kWs of braking energy to optimize. The drive comes with optional modules like a basic unit as well as a systemized software-oriented version. The basic unit has no additional plug-ins, and the operating firmware software has setting plug-ins and data encoded cards. The drive can be configured either by data encoders or basic units.
