The DKR03.1-W200B-BE84-01-FW mounting spindle tool is a computerized intelligent control from Rexroth indramat motors. This DKR03.1-W200B-BE84-01-FW comes with precise control and regulation of the motors and has different power ratings as perversions. The DKR03.1 drive controller is designed for mounting into the control cabinet or closed housing. The spindle drive is well suited for printing as well as NC-controlled machines.

The control power voltage is 200 A, and the rated power for the spindle is 3*AC 400V-480V and equipped with an integrated main contactor and an emergency stop shutdown. The DKR03 devices can be ordered with an integrated brake resistor, which allows decelerating a drive even if the main contractor fails. The digital spindle drive has a command interface card with a SERCOS interface, INTERBUS interface analog interface and Profibus interface. It also has auxiliary plug-in modules with digital I /Os for bidirectional data exchange, analog signal interface, and CLC link interface.

The spindle drive is shock-resistant due to the built-in main contractor and is limited to 8,4 g for 5ms and 4,8 g for 10ms.when the device operates, it dissipates energy in the form of heat via air vents and also via built-in heat sinks. Heat exchangers produce condensation of water, so the proper airflow and water collectors are established to water sinks. The ambient temperature for effective operation is up to 45°C and permits up to +55°C. The ambient altitude for adequate torque and power should be 1000 meters above sea level. The spindle drive meets the required set of protection category IP20 as defined in EN 60 529(DIN VDE 0470-1). The drive controller's weight is approximately 49 kg, and the accessories kit has all mounting gaskets and screws.
