The DKR03.1-W100N-BE43-02-FW is a DKR product line drive controller belonging to Rexroth Indramat series of drive controllers. These drive controllers are used to drive motors used in industrial printing machines and machine tools. They offer intelligent digital control of Rexroth Indramat motors. The controller has slots on its body which accepts card modules. With these plug-in cards, the drive controller can be easily configured for its application. This controller has a protection rating of class IP20 as per IEC 529/ EN 60529 specifications. The DKR03.1-W100N-BE43-02-FW has the line code 03. Please note that this product is meant to be operated at an ambient temperature range from 5°C to 45°C. Before configuring your controller make sure that your application conforms to national standardized EMC regulations. When this unit is switched off, it takes around 5 minutes for the capacitors in the controller to discharge. The DKR03.1-W100N-BE43-02-FW uses a SERCOS interface for command communication. While making the electrical connections, please make sure that cable connections are clean and correct. Failing to do so can make the controller drive dangerous movements, any time during operation.
