From the stables of Bosch comes the Rexroth Indramat DKR03.1-W100N-BE09-01-FW. It is a drive controller from the DKR line intended to serve Rexroth Indramat motors as a digital intelligent control. The DKR03.1-W100N-BE09-01-FW is a unit in the DKR series with a built-in blower air cooling mode. It is of standard design without blenders and has a rated current of 100. The motor feedback is a resolver feedback or digital servo feedback and its command communication is SERCOS interface. 09 is the function numeric code and 01, it's version function numeric code. Its Firmware is FW and must be acquired as a standalone subposition.

For optimal performance, the ambient conditions of the DKR03.1-W100N-BE09-01-FW, with rated data should permanently range between +5⁰C and +45⁰C. While storage and shipping temperature stays at 30⁰C to 80⁰c, derating the nominal data at 80% should keep the permanent maximum temperature at +55⁰C. Without derating nominal data, the installation elevation should be at a maximum of 0 to 1000 m/sea lev. The drive is under the protection of IP 20 per EN60529 or IEC529.

The control voltage power of the DKR03.1-W100N-BE09-01-FW is 200VA, control voltage is AC 230V and its rated power voltage is 3xAC 400V to 480V, plus or minus 10%. 50Hz to 60Hz is its system frequency while control frequency falls between 50Hz and 60Hz. The continuous current is 71A and 60A at 4kHz and 8kHz respectively, and peak current stays at 71A. Continous regenerated power is approximately 22kW and peaks at 26kW in line with the motor shaft while driven. Drive control voltage ranges from 0 to 380V and continuous power of the drive in relation to the motor shaft in motion in respective of 4kHz and 8kHz at 3xAC 400V-5% is 26kW and 22kW. The maximum voltage frequency is 800Hz and 1600Hz at 4kHz and 8kHz respectively. At conteff  the comprehensive heat dissipation is 900W and 600W with coolant or in air channel.

In addition is the optional auxiliary brake resistor which has an ultimate braking energy of 150kWs. Its power peak and continuous power is 40kW and 1kW respectively. The DKR03.1-W100N-BE09-01-FW weighs about 49kg and the accessories Kit or MI-RAC has  a weight of 1.7kg. As with all electrical drive controllers, handling should be by trained personnel only.
