The Rexroth Indramat DKR03.1-W100N-B is a 100 Amps rated DKR series drive controller. It is compatible with the following motors from Rexroth Indramat: 2AD / ADF series spindle motors, 1MB series frameless spindle motors and LSF / LAF linear motors. DKR controllers are available with different power ratings to satisfy different power requirements. Various modules can be ordered for insertion into the basic controller unit. The optional modules selected can be inserted into slots U1 to U5 on the controller to adapt it to the specific application. A configured DKR drive controller consists of the basic unit, software module, interface cards and plug-in modules. Rexroth Indramat delivers the complete configured unit. The DKR03.1-W100N-B comes with integrated blower for system cooling, a bleeder and supports digital servo and resolver feedback.

The DKR03.1-W100N-B is rated for 400 to 480 Volts AC input. The controller accepts three-phase input with 50 to 60 Hertz line frequencies. The controller input can tolerate ±10% variation in the input voltage. With 4 kilohertz tact frequency of the power section, the maximum power of the controller is 26 kilowatts and at 8 kilohertz the controller maximum power rating is 22 kilowatts. Accessories kit of the controller weighs approximately 1.7 kilograms and the drive controller weighs approximately 49 kilograms. Dimensions of the unit are 690 x 390 x 310 millimeters. With rated data, the allowable ambient temperature range is from 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. The maximum permissible ambient temperature with derating of nominal data to 80% is 55 degrees Celsius. The maximum installation elevation without nominal data derating is 1000 meters. Enclosure of the DKR03.1-W100N-B has IP20 protection rating as per IEC 529 and EN 60529. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
