The DKR02.1-W300N-BA12-01-FW is a drive control unit that is designed for position and speed control applications in different industrial areas like NC-controlled machines and printing machines. The drive controller is specifically designed for ensuring a high level of control and a broad speed range operation when used with the linear motors LAF or LSF, AC mains spindle motors 2AD or ADF, and 1MB frameless motors. This model comes from the generation of drive controllers that use high quality closed loop feedback systems for monitoring the speed and position of the connected motors. The feedback system has a very high resolution that enables position detection at all speeds. The motors used with this device have a power output in the range of 10 kW to 93 kW.

The DKR02.1-W300N-BA12-01-FW has an easy installation procedure and can be directly installed with a three-phase AC connection. The device is also used to cut off the power supply to the drives to prevent accidental startups when the drives are intentionally shut off. With integrated safety features like the emergency stop system and a braking resistor, this drive controller can be considered very safe to operate. The system has been designed for continuous functioning and is therefore equipped with an inbuilt blower fan and a low temperature heat sink. The process of forced connection ensures that heat is continuously directed from the high temperature zones to the low temperature heat sink.
