The DKR02.1-W200N-BE34-02-FW model represents the modern motion control technology of Rexroth Indramat. Before mounting, the drive controller should be configured according to the required operations. The DKR02.1 drive controller should only be mounted into the allowable mounting direction and during installation the minimum clearance of 160 mm should be maintained at the top and bottom of the controller in order to provide sufficient room for air inlet/outlet. The DKR02.1 drive controller comes with a built-in blower unit with uses external air for maintaining the ambient temperature of the drive controller. The model can operate normally under the ambient temperature range of +5 to +45 degree Celsius and it can be mounted at the maximum altitude of 1000 m/sea level, without derating. The controller housing is protected under the IP20 protection category that’s why it should be mounted into the switch cabinet of appropriate protection. The DKR02.1 drive controller can take power directly from the 3-phase AC power source and the rated power requirement of the unit is 200 VA.

The model DKR02.1-W200N-BE34-02-FW provides high functional reliability and constant power delivery at a broad speed range. It is suitable for use in NC machine tools, printing machines, handling systems, and paper-processing machines. The DKR02.1 is equipped with a SERCOS interface for developing real-time communication between the controller and the motor. The motor speed and position are controlled via digital servo and resolver feedback. The maximum length of the motor feedback cable can be 75 meters. The drive controller can also control the motor temperature and the holding brake. The maximum power output of the controller is 55 kW.
