The DKR02.1-W200N-BE26-01-FW model is extensively used in various industrial sectors to develop efficient motion control systems. The DKR02.1 drive controller is produced to operate Rexroth Indramat AC asynchronous motors, 1 MB frameless motors, and linear motors. The controller consists of a basic unit (DKR02.1-W200N), 5 plug-in slots (U1 – U5), and rating plates. The DKR02.1 drive controller takes electrical power through the AC 3 × 400 – 480 V power source and the control voltage of the unit is AC 230 V with ±10% tolerance. The DKR02.1 operates at a system frequency of 50/60 Hz. The model is equipped with a 4 kHz/8 kHz drive module which consumes 120/95 A of power to deliver the continuous power of 47/37 kW. The unit provides motor feedback connection through its X4 port and it uses digital servo and resolver feedback for indirect position detection. The model comes without any bleeder resistor and it uses ambient air, via a built-in blower unit, for cooling purposes.

The model DKR02.1-W200N-BE26-01-FW is capable to deliver the maximum power of 55 kW while operating at the maximum current of 141 A. A SERCOS interface is installed into the U1 slot of the basic unit for developing effective communication between the controller and the other I/O devices. Slot U5 is equipped with the firmware module (ESM 02.3) and it should be ordered separately according to the appropriate type code. The DKR 02.1 is protected by IP 20 protection class and the normal temperature range for this model is +5 to +45 degree Celsius.
