The Rexroth Indramat DKR02.1-W200N-BE11-01-FW is a DKR series drive controller. Different DKR drive controllers are available for precise control and regulation of Indramat motors. DKR controllers are suited to industrial applications including printing machines and NC controlled machine tools. Input rating of DKR drives is 400 to 480 Volts AC (three-phase, 50 to 60 Hertz). The output of the DKR02.1-W200N-BE11-01-FW is rated for 200 Amps. Continuous current output of the drive varies with power section tact frequency: at 4 kilohertz it is 120 Amps and at 8 kilohertz it is 95 Amps. Continuous power output of the drive varies with power section tact frequency: at 4 kilohertz it is 47 kilowatts and at 8 kilohertz it is 37 kilowatts. Maximum frequency of the power voltage of the drive varies with power section tact frequency: at 4 kilohertz it is 800 Hertz and at 8 kilohertz it is 1600 Hertz.

Total heat dissipation at continuous current output is 1600 Watts. The heat dissipated in air channel or with coolant at continuous current output is 1000 Watts. An integrated blower is provided on the DKR02.1-W200N-BE11-01-FW which helps to cool the device by forcing air across the heat sink. Optional bleeder can be ordered for the drive if required. The DKR02.1-W200N-BE11-01-FW supports digital servo and resolver feedback for motor feedback and comes with a SERCOS command communication interface. The drive has a modular structure which allows installation of various plug in modules. Two slots on the drive are reserved: slot U1 is reserved for the command communication interface and slot U5 is reserved for the software module. Three slots are available for plug-in modules which can be used for the installation of a wide variety of optional modules. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
