The Rexroth DKR02.1-W200N-BE06-01-FW is an Indramat DKR series digital drive controller. As per the type code for the series, the function numeric code for the drive is 06 and the version function numeric code is 01. Integrated features on the drive include blower for cooling, digital servo and resolver feedback and SERCOS command communication interface. Bleeder is not available on the drive but can be ordered separately if required. The DKR02.1-W200N-BE06-01-FW is designed for motor control applications and can be used for control of main spindle motors, frameless spindle motors and linear motors. It has a modular structure which is comprised of a basic unit with slots. These slots can be used to accommodate different plug in modules for matching the drive to the intended application. The firmware module which stores the drive firmware and operating parameters has a dedicated slot named U5.

This module can be removed from the drive and installed into another drive if required. The command communication module has a dedicated slot named U1. Three slots are available for plug in modules including I/O modules, serial interface modules and CLC link interface modules. The output current rating of the DKR02.1-W200N-BE06-01-FW is 200 Amps. This rating is only available when the ambient conditions are in line with recommendations from Rexroth. Operation of the DKR02.1-W200N-BE06-01-FW outside the recommended ranges leads to output derating. Input of the DKR02.1-W200N-BE06-01-FW drive can be connected to three-phase supplies operating at 400 to 480 Volts AC. The drive enclosure is IP 20 rated and should be mounted inside an industrial cabinet. Only authorized personnel should be able to access the control cabinet. Dimensions of the drive are 1000 x 440 x 290 millimeters. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
