Product Description

The DKC ECODRIVE drive controllers are one of the many impressive automation parts designed and produced by the Rexroth Indramat manufacturing group. When implemented with an overall compatible Rexroth drive system, it offers excellent functionality and accuracy across a wide range of industrial applications—especially those that incorporate rotational or translational motion.

The DKC drives feature in two distinct variants: the DKC 01.1 and the DKC 11.1. While the variants currently share the same firmware option, “FWA-ECODRV-ASE-02VRS-MS”, there is a major differentiation between them in terms of their versatility across applications. The DKC11.1-040-7-FW belongs to the DKC 11.1 (series 11, version 1) by virtue of its name code, and it can be implemented as a very precise servo-drive—in terms of position detection, with up to 32 allowable position blocks in its integrated actual position detector. It comes with an analog speed interface, and the drive status can be easily observed through its output status.

According to the name code, it has a rated intermediate circuit voltage of 700V along with the following power input/output criteria: a current rating of 40A (which is also the peak current), a three phase AC mains connection with voltage ranges from 380V to 480V, an intermediate circuit connection for either a BZM bleeder module or a CZM auxiliary capacitance module, or perhaps another DKC drive. For the DC power supply option, all DKC drives have the same requirements: an input voltage range between 19.2 and 28.8V with a ripple effect within same input voltage range; also, the current consumption is at 0.7A. It is recommended that the DC supply option is employed with the power supply cable firmly attached to the drive; however, a switchable supply option is also supported. The DKC11.1-040-7-FW is a powerful, affordable, and dependable servo drive. As expected, it complies with excellent safety standards, as well as, high quality performance.
