The DKC05.3-012-3-MGP-01VRS model is specially designed to operate the 400 Watts MSM synchronous motor of the EcoDrive Cs drive system. The model provides high dynamics when used together with the parts specified by Rexroth Indramat. The DKC05.3 drive controller is capable to make an electrical connection from both single phase 200 – 240 V power source and a three-phase 200 – 240 V power source with 50 – 60 Hz of input voltage frequency. For a single-phase/three-phase power source the connected load requirement of the unit is 1.4 kVA and it operates at the nominal continuous input current of 2.2/1.8 A. The DKC05.3 drive controller delivers the maximum output current of 7.5 A, and the output frequency range of the unit ranges between 0 – 333.3 Hz. The model should only be mounted in the vertical direction and the controller housing comes under the IP20 protection standard. A control cabinet of minimum IP54 protection is recommended for its installation. The drive controller uses a CANopen interface for developing real-time communication between the controller, motor, and other input/output modules. A serial interface (RS232/RS484) interface is installed for connecting the PC.

The model DKC05.3-012-3-MGP-01VRS is typically used in various industrial applications such as handling systems, printing machines, and machine tools. The drive controller is recommended to be installed under the ambient temperature range of 0 to +40 degree Celsius and at the maximum altitude of 1000 meters above sea level, without derating.
