The DDS03.1-W050-RA01-00 is a rapid response drive control system that can be used for controlling the industrial assembly lines. This model can be used for controlling the position and speed with very high precision and accuracy. This drive controller is powered by an advanced feedback loop that is used for real time monitoring of the drive parameters. The speed and position are compared with the programmed values and any error is instantly rectified by the use of corrective signals. Currently, this drive controller can be paired with various models of industrial motors including the LAR motors, MBW series motors, 1MB motors, MDD series motors, and the MKD motors. The module based design of this model can be used for enhancing the drive control capabilities of this model.

The DDS03.1-W050-RA01-00 has modular firmware that can be installed interchangeably in any identical DDS unit. In case there is an error in the DDS unit, the replacement DDS unit can be instantly installed with the existing firmware module. The drive controller can assist in material packaging and package segregation tasks. The system is also used with metal machining systems for precise metal cutting. The drive controller also assists in precise woodcutting operations. Other types of assembly lines can also benefit from this drive controller’s accurate positioning capabilities. With a rugged build quality, this model can also be installed in rough ambient conditions. The drive controller is suitable for installation in areas with relative humidity below 95%. The motor can also be used in areas with  5 °C to 45 °C ambient temperatures.
