The Bosch Rexroth DDS02.2-A100-BE11-01-FW is a drive controller. It is deployed for motor control in industrial applications. The includes integrated support for digital servo feedback and resolver feedback. This enables use of the controller with motors that provide digital servo feedback or resolver feedback. The DDS02.2-A100-BE11-01-FW is a modular controller. Both the software and hardware can be adapted to customer requirements. The firmware can be ordered with required feature sets and up to three optional hardware modules can be installed on the controller. When operated as per manufacturer instructions and under specified ambient conditions, the rated output of the DDS02.2-A100-BE11-01-FW is 100 Amps. The specified ambient conditions are temperatures of up to 45 degrees Celsius and elevations of up to 3300 feet. The output of the DDS02.2-A100-BE11-01-FW derates by 20% if the ambient temperatures reaches 55 degrees Celsius.

The output of the DDS02.2-A100-BE11-01-FW derates by 35% if the elevation reaches 5000 meters. The controller uses convection cooling for dissipation of heat generated during operation.
