Product Description

The DDS02.1-W200-DL20-01-FW is a modular industrial drive controller manufactured by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat to accurately control the operation of electrical motor used in industrial production and processing systems. This controller is designed to meet the operation requirements of a highly sophisticated industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food production machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. The housing of this control device offers protection according to the IP20 protection class, this means it can effectively protect the internal components of the controller from the direct interference of large solid materials. For optimum protection against liquid substances and small solid materials, this controller should be integrated into an additional housing unit that meets at least the IP56 protection class. This controller is also free of dangerous chemicals such as asbestos, mercury, silicon and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

The DDS02.1-W200-DL20-01-FW industrial controller connects to the motor through two major types of connecting cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable. To prevent electrical interference, operators should ensure the two cables meets international standards and are wired separately from each other. The controller is specially designed to regulates its internal temperature via forced ventilation, to allow for the easy movement of cool air in and out of the controller, operators should ensure the controller is installed with a minimum clearance of about 120 millimeters.

The DDS02.1-W200-DL20-01-FW industrial controller contains special configuration slots labelled U1 to U5, these slots hold configuration modules such as the software module, and the command communication module.
