The Bosch DDS02.1-W150-DS03-02-FW is a drive controller. The constituent part of the controller include a controller basic unit, software module, command module, plug in modules, transparent cover and configuration rating plate. The controller is deployed for motor control in industrial applications. The DDS02.1-W150-DS03-02-FW is rated for 150 Amps nominal current output. The nominal output is valid for ambient conditions that comply with manufacturer recommendations. The specified ambient conditions include 0 to 45 degrees Celsius temperature and 0 to 1000 meters altitude. If only the temperature exceeds recommended limits while the altitude is within limits, the output derating reaches a maximum of 20% at 55 degrees Celsius. If only the altitude exceeds recommended limits while the temperature is within limit, the output derating reaches a maximum of 35% at 5000 meters.

When both the altitude and temperature exceed recommended limits, then both load factors must be multiplied. The DDS02.1-W150-DS03-02-FW cools via natural convection.
