The DDS02.1-W050-DS01-02-FW drive controller has a current rating of 50A. The firmware for the Bosch Rexroth controller should be bought separately. This product must be mounted inside a closed housing or cabinet. It supports a maximum installation elevation of 1,000m above sea level with rated data. The device works with various inductance linear and synchronous motors from the manufacturer. The startup of the unit should be done only after the machine in which it is installed adheres to EC 89/392/EWG machine directives. The unit must be operated only after permanent connection of the electrical components with earth wire.

The capacitors in the drive controller must be allowed to discharge for five minutes after it has been turned off, before carrying out any work on the product. The components of this device have signal voltages ranging from 5 to 30 volts. A functional e-stop switch should be mounted within the vicinity for easy access before the unit is allowed to start up. The controller must not be allowed to operate near radio, remote control and high-frequency equipment. The firmware of the product helps in determining its functions. It is incorporated in the plugin and software modules. The heat technology ensures that it takes minimum time for installing and mounting the unit.

The drive controller implements digital servo feedback for the motor at the X4 terminal. This feedback and the controller should be connected only using the manufacturer’s feedback cables.
