The DDS02.1-W015-RA11-00 drive controller communicates with drives using an ANALOG interface. When combined with the MDD, MKD, and LAR AC motors, it functions as a rapid-response drive. For heat dissipation, it uses heat technology where the cooling airflow is within its housing cabinet. Although this necessitates the use of a large control cabinet, mounting and installation can be done effortlessly. Only motors with Resolver Feedback (RSF) are compatible with this drive as this is its default motor feedback setting.

The DDS02.1-W015-RA11-00 can be configured to specific functions as indicated by the user using plug-in modules and software modules. It is highly durable, with double protection offered by the device itself and its housing cabinet. The IP rating of the drive controller is IP 20; hence it is dustproof and resistant to penetration by solid objects over 12mm in size. The control cabinet housing of this unit has an IP 10 rating and prevents damage from the entry of solid objects over 50mm.
