The DDS02.1-W015-DL41-01-FW is a rapid response industrial drive controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of induction and synchronous motors used in the industrial servo system. This drive controller is a modular device that can be configured to operate in sophisticated industrial production machines such as handling machines, packaging machines, textile machines, and lots more. The housing of this controller is designed with very durable materials that can effectively protect the controller's internal components from the interference of solid materials with an external diameter larger than 12 millimeters. This drive controller is also compatible with all INDRAMAT power supply units that can generate a regulated 24 volt DC voltage.

The DDS02.1-W015-DL41-01-FW industrial drive controller is designed by well-trained operators under ideal operating conditions; however, this device can cause dangerous movement if operated with the wrong configurational parameters and software errors or wrong wiring operation. This industrial controller connects to the servo motor through two major types of cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable. The power cable is designed to conduct electrical energy between the controller and the industrial motor, while the motor feedback cable helps to carry digital information between the controller and the encoder of the motor.
