Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth DDS02.1-F100-D drive controller has a version code of 1 and a series code of 2. The drive controller makes use of a coolant to keep itself cool during operation. The coolant used is generally a liquid. The product can be installed in the back wall of a small size control cabinet with the airflow outside it. It is capable of regaining the energy lost when it is in use. The device has a current rating of 100A. The unit implements digital servo feedback for the motor. It weighs approximately 11 grams. The L+, L- and PE terminals can be connected using M5 screws that have a tightening torque of 3Nm.

The drive controller must be connected to the AC motor with only the manufacturer’s motor power cables that have a maximum length of 75m. These cables have a single line for connecting the protective conductor and three lines to help with the motor power connection. There should be no earth loops in the chassis earth connection to ensure that there is no intermeshing. The cross-section of this earth connection must not be less than 10mm2. It should be as large as the mains supply line cross section. If multiple drive controllers are used, they can be connected adjacent to each other using DC bus rails.

The ready to operate Bb contact of the drive controller has a continuous and short-term switching capacity of 1A and 24VDC. The drive power connection must be isolated using a starting lockout or an emergency stop circuit for avoiding unintentional startup. The lockout can be activated by applying a voltage rating of 20VDC to 30VDC between the AS+ and AS- input terminals. The drive controller must be stored and transported between -30°C and 85°C. It has a maximum permitted air humidity of 25g/m3 and relative air humidity of 95%. The device can be dispatched to any international address and has a one-year warranty.
